. . Good Golly, Ms. Molly ( or better yet, Ms. Sprinkle ) it has been quite the time since I have read an entry from you. . Hoping everyone is very well & all is going smoothly
I feel very unwell today, aunt flo has dropped by for a visit, sorry, tmi, but i feel like i'm gonna die.
So, here i sit, stuffing my face with a king size Hershey's Take 5. I didnt think i'd like them cause i'm not a fan of putting pretzels and chocolate togeather, but man, this thing is great lol.
I have been looking into how to skin, tan and mount snakes. Eeew, I know. I hate dead things. But more than I hate dead things (and I do), I hate to see a dead animal in the road, if I'm gonna touch the damn thing to move it out of the road (and I will), I've already gotten past the worst part. I figure why not put it to use, it's a shame for the thing to have been killed, but hey, I'm resourceful. What's strange about me saying this, is I am no fan of taxidermy. I think it's morbid. But what really irks me about it is the breeding of animals specifically for furs or taxidermy, and killing animals for no other purpose. If the animal just drops dead, happens to be road kill or was killed for food, then hey, I'm all for it. I guess taxidermists don't like that though, road kill is usually scarred and traumatized and things that have been shot, well they are a bit traumatized too, I guess.
Anywho. I guess that's me. Not a whole lot going on right now other than finals. Just one week to go...
