I finally get over the insomnia (for the most part) and now all I want to do is sleep. There is just no happy middle ground lol.

  I've started painting golf balls to amuse myself. We have, hmm, if I had to guess, about 300 of them lol. I have golf clubs too but no where to hit them around here, so I just paint the balls. I painted one black with a bunch of tiny orange flowers on it, I painted a light house on another and I'm working on a golf cart on one lol. Yes, it's true, I have no life lol.

  Bree got sent home from school yesterday, the nurse said she thinks it's conjunctivitis (pink eye). I was not happy. She hasn't had to go to the doctor since her last well check, almost a year ago. A few things have changed between then and now. She never had insurance before, she had medical assistance, then I dropped the medical assistance and paid cash. So, since then I have gotten child support from her father, and he has finally put her on his health insurance. I thought this was great at first, but I called her doctor yesterday, the same one she has seen all her life and they don't take her insurance. I figured no big deal, I'll pay cash again this time and look for another doctor that accepts that insurance for next time. But NOOOOo, they won't see her at all no matter how I pay as long as she has that insurance. You wanna talk about pissed.

  So, I call up the insurance company and ask them what doctors in my area are participating providers. The operator asks for my zip code and I give it to her, she says none, what zip code is nearest to you, I give her three or four more, she says none. She asks what county I live in so I tell her and again she says none.  Grrrr. So....Basically there are no doctors within an hour drive of me that take this insurance, maybe not within two, her father lives 2 hours away and I assume he chose a doctor near him for his other children. Add all that up with the fact that I don't drive and I chose the doctor for her that she was seeing because she was within walking distance.

  Useless insurance. And I know he won't drop it cause then he'll have to split the cost of her medical bills with me out of pocket.  Ok, enough ranting about that.

  Anywho. Timmy is still on strike from work lol. He's going on seven weeks without a paycheck. Yesterday the guy had him sign all the check and Timmy did cause he though the guy was gonna cash them and give him cash for them right then and there. Didn't work out that way, the guy said he'd pay him friday. STUPID. Now if the guy decides he doesn't wanna pay Tim, he doesn't have to. He can't go to the labor board or anything. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

  Well, I can't think of anything else to fuss about at the moment, so I guess that's me!

Damn rocky has him over a barrel now......

I hope Bree is feeling better! And I hear you on the insurance!! It is ridiculous. . my thought is if you have insurance it should be taken EVERYWHERE not just selected areas. .how idiotic is that!
